Week 3 – Q & A and applications

By now, the journey will have brought questions to the surface. We’ll hold space for you to share what’s alive in you and ask what you need. We’ll also build on the daily practice once more and deepen the kriyas.
Week 4 – Mantra as a tool to Reprogram Yourself
This week you’ll experience how sound… mantra… and sacred vibration can help you reprogram and realign from within. We’ll share both the understanding and the application of mantras, and we’ll practice together. You’ll also receive a mantra to carry into your daily practice.
Week 5 – What Do You Truly Desire in Life?
By now, your answer to this question will have shifted from what it was in Week 1. So this is the perfect moment to go deeper… And sit with it. What do you truly want? What do you desire? How do you live a life of meaning and connection? You’ll also receive a kriya practice aligned with this theme.
Week 6 – Closing Ceremony and Stepping Onto a New Path With Clarity and Conviction
